Tracking numbers are issued by the carrier when your parcel leaves the warehouse, so if your order was placed within the last 24 hours the number may not be active yet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How Order Tracking Works<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Order placed<\/strong> \u2013 you receive an order confirmation with your order number by email<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Payment confirmed<\/strong> \u2013 we verify payment and release the order to the warehouse<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Dispatched<\/strong> \u2013 parcels leave the warehouse in 1\u20132 business days (Germany) and you receive a tracking number<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>In transit<\/strong> \u2013 delivery is typically 3\u20135 business days within Germany and 5\u20137 across the EU<\/li>\n\n<li><strong>Delivered<\/strong> \u2013 the carrier marks the parcel as delivered and you receive a final notification<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Where to Find Your Tracking Number<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Your tracking number appears in two places: the dispatch confirmation email sent when your order leaves the warehouse, and in the <em>Pedidos<\/em> section of your account if you checked out with an account. Mixed orders where some items ship from our partner warehouse may arrive in separate parcels with separate tracking numbers \u2014 each one is listed in your dispatch emails.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Tracking not updating?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for the carrier to scan and activate the number<\/li>\n\n<li>Check the number was copied in full, with no spaces<\/li>\n\n<li>For orders in multiple parcels, check each tracking number separately<\/li>\n\n<li>If a parcel shows no movement for more than 3 business days, contact us and we will chase the carrier<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery Times &#038; Shipping<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Orders are fulfilled from our primary warehouse in Germany, with a partner warehouse used for limited-stock items and specific flavours. Domestic German delivery is normally 3\u20135 business days, and EU destinations 5\u20137. Orders over 50 units ship free.
