Where we ship from

Our main fulfilment centre is in Germany, where most stock is held. Where a model or flavour is out of stock in the EU, it may be dispatched directly from our partner warehouse in China so that supply is not interrupted.

Times are estimates. Public holidays, customs clearance and carrier backlogs can extend them.

Shipping cost

Calculated at checkout from your address and order details. Free shipping from 50 units — below that a shipping fee applies. The exact figure is always shown before you pay.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves the warehouse. You can also follow it from your account under Orders Tracking.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a disposable vape last?

It depends on the device and your habits. Disposables are rated in puffs — a 20,000-puff device lasts far longer than a 2,000-puff one. Rated puffs assume short, steady draws; longer draws use the liquid faster.

Do you have a minimum order?

Our wholesale tiers start at 30 units per line, and 10 units is the general minimum per model. Mixed flavours within one model count towards the same tier.

Can I mix flavours in one order?

Yes. Cartons can be mixed across flavours of the same model, and mixed models can be combined in one order.

Do you ship outside the EU?

We ship internationally, but some countries restrict vaping products and we cannot deliver to them. Check our shipping policy or ask us about your destination before ordering.

What if my order arrives damaged or wrong?

Contact us within the returns window with your order number and photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. See our refund and returns policy for the full terms.

Are the products genuine?

We source from manufacturers and authorised distributors. If you need batch or authentication details for a specific brand, ask and we will provide what the manufacturer supplies.

Do you offer OEM or private label?

Yes, on larger volumes. Custom branding, packaging and flavour selection are available — see the wholesale page or contact us with your requirements.
