At VapeMaison, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, returns and exchanges are available under the conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Request Period: Requests must be submitted within 15 jours of delivery
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of Purchase: Valid order number is required
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used e-liquid products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Consumable items (e.g., coils, wicks, pods) once opened or used
- Gift cards and promotional items
- Items marked as “Final Sale” ou “Non-Returnable”
Return Authorization (RMA Required)
All returns must be approved in advance.
Unapproved returns will not be accepted.
How to Request:

- Provide:
- Order number
- Reason for return/exchange
- Photos (if damaged/defective)
If approved, you will receive:
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Return instructions
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The item is defective, or
- We shipped the wrong item
- We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Processing Time
- Inspection: 1–3 business days after receipt
- Refund issuance: within 1–3 business days after approval
- Bank/payment processing: may take 5–10 business days depending on provider
Refund Fees (IMPORTANT)
- If the refund is requested due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item selected):
- Any payment processing fees, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount
- If the refund is due to our responsibility (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped):
- 100% of the order amount will be refunded
- All fees will be covered by VapeMaison
Non-Refundable Charges
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Expedited shipping upgrades are non-refundable

We reserve the right to issue partial refunds if:
- The item is not in original condition
- Parts are missing
- The product shows signs of use
Échanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item is received and approved

If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery
- Provide:
- Order number
- Description of issue
- Clear photo/video evidence
We will provide:
- Free replacement ou
- Full refund (no additional cost)
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be canceled before shipment
- Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible
If canceled successfully:
- Full refund will be issued
Refused Delivery / Failed Delivery
If a package is:
- Refused by the customer
- Returned due to incorrect address
- Unclaimed
We reserve the right to:
- Deduct shipping costs + return fees + handling fees from the refund
Retours tardifs
Requests made after the 15-day window will not be accepted, except in cases of:
- Defective products
- Shipping errors caused by us
