At VapeMaison, we aim to ensure a smooth and transparent post-purchase experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, returns and exchanges are available under the conditions outlined below.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Request Period: Requests must be submitted within 15 dni of delivery
  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Proof of Purchase: Valid order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used e-liquid products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Consumable items (e.g., coils, wicks, pods) once opened or used
  • Gift cards and promotional items
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” lub “Non-Returnable”

Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns must be approved in advance.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

How to Request:

  1. Contact: info@vapemaison.com
  2. Provide:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return/exchange
    • Photos (if damaged/defective)

If approved, you will receive:

  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  • Return instructions

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is defective, or
    • We shipped the wrong item
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method
  • We are not responsible for lost return shipments

Processing Time

  • Inspection: 1–3 business days after receipt
  • Refund issuance: within 1–3 business days after approval
  • Bank/payment processing: may take 5–10 business days depending on provider

Refund Fees (IMPORTANT)

  • If the refund is requested due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong item selected):
    • Any payment processing fees, transaction fees, or currency conversion fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount
  • If the refund is due to our responsibility (e.g., defective product, wrong item shipped):
    • 100% of the order amount will be refunded
    • All fees will be covered by VapeMaison

Non-Refundable Charges

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Expedited shipping upgrades are non-refundable

  • Replacement items will be shipped after the returned item is received and approved

    • Clear photo/video evidence

We will provide:

  • Free replacement lub
  • Full refund (no additional cost)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipment
  • Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible

If canceled successfully:

  • Full refund will be issued

Refused Delivery / Failed Delivery

If a package is:

  • Refused by the customer
  • Returned due to incorrect address
  • Unclaimed

We reserve the right to:

  • Deduct shipping costs + return fees + handling fees from the refund
